The ask: design a compass logo that communicates the connection between our safety team to our employees, our employees to safe practices, and employees to arrive home safely.
Ryerson Metals Digital Job Fair:
How do we take an old-school company in an overlooked industry and make it modern? More importantly, how do we make the modern employee want to join?
Covid presented a unique opportunity to utilize a digital platform and engage with college graduates outside the usual career fair. I worked to design a digital brochure to send out in place of the standard job fair booth. (Interface was built on company user interface and built as best as possible for here)
